### **Job Overview:**
Galaxsun is seeking skilled and detail-oriented Solar Panel Manufacturing Technicians to join our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling, testing, and ensuring the quality of solar panels, contributing to the efficient production of top-tier solar products.

### **Key Responsibilities:**
– Assemble solar panels, including wiring, soldering, and attaching components, according to technical specifications and quality standards.
– Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment, such as lamination machines, soldering stations, and testing tools.
– Inspect raw materials and finished products for defects or inconsistencies to ensure compliance with quality standards.
– Perform quality assurance tests, including power output and durability tests, on solar panels.
– Monitor production processes and troubleshoot machinery to minimize downtime.
– Maintain accurate records of production and inspection data.
– Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
– Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and continuously improve processes.

### **Qualifications and Skills:**
**Required:**
– High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or diploma in electrical, mechanical, or electronics engineering is preferred.
– Experience in a manufacturing or assembly line environment, preferably in solar panel production.
