Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Solar PV Design & Engineering Specialist to design, develop, and execute solar energy projects. If you’re passionate about renewable energy and love solving technical challenges, this role is for you! 🌞
Key Responsibilities:💡 System Design & Analysis: Create design reports, single-line diagrams, and optimize layouts for solar systems.
⚖️ Equipment Sizing: Perform calculations for transformers, cables, switchgear, and protection systems.
📚 Documentation: Prepare technical specifications, datasheets, and BOQs.
🛠️ Review & Validation: Verify vendor designs, technical documents, and ensure compliance with standards.
📈 Project Support: Coordinate with teams, vendors, and clients for smooth project execution.
✅ Testing & Quality Control: Conduct factory and site tests, ensuring quality standards.
Key Skills Required:🔠 Proficient in AC/DC diagrams, equipment sizing, and cable routing.
🛡️ Expertise in earthing design, lightning protection, and electrical protection schemes.
🌟 Familiarity with solar inverter design (a bonus).
⚖️ Knowledge of GIS substation layouts and auxiliary systems.
🔖 Strong grasp of international standards (IEC, IEEE, BIS).
Technical Competencies:📊 Performance assessments for solar plants.
🗒 Reviewing vendor documents and equipment specs.
⚡ Comprehensive understanding of electrical protection schemes.
🪛 Earthing and equipment sizing calculations.
