**Job Overview:**
Galaxsun is seeking skilled and motivated Solar Installers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for renewable energy, strong technical skills, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a dynamic team. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of solar energy systems, ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Install solar photovoltaic (PV) systems on rooftops, ground mounts, and other structures.
– Assemble and install solar modules, racking, and mounting hardware.
– Perform electrical wiring and connections for solar systems, adhering to safety standards and regulations.
– Conduct site assessments and prepare the work area for installation.
– Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system installation and performance.
– Ensure all installations meet Galaxsun’s quality standards and comply with local codes and regulations.
– Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
– Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in good working condition.
– Provide excellent customer service and address client questions or concerns.

**Qualifications and Skills:**
**Required:**
– High school diploma or equivalent.
– Experience in solar installation or construction (preferred, but not mandatory for entry-level positions).
– Familiarity with basic electrical and mechanical tools.
– Ability to work at heights, on ladders, and in various weather conditions.
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
– Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

**Preferred:**
– Certification in solar installation (e.g., NABCEP certification or equivalent).
– Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and procedures.
– Experience with grid-tied and off-grid systems.

**Physical Requirements:**
– Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 25Kgs).
– Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
– Capability to climb ladders and work on rooftops.
